Super Mario Run for Android devices may see a release date soon. Reason being, Nintendo has allowed Android users to pre-register to be notified as to when the game is out. You can check out the link below:
Super Mario Run is an automatic runner where you control Mario’s jumps and collect as many coins as you can without dying, until you get to Bowser and try to defeat him and rescue Princess Peach. According to the Play Store description, the Android game follows the same model as iOS: it’s free with very little content available to you until you unlock it all with an IAP. Oh and internet connectivity is required to play. Yeah, that hasn’t changed either.
Nintendo hasn’t given a firm date for when Super Mario Run will arrive on Android but its appearance on Google’s Play Store suggests that it is not far off.
“Super Mario Run” was developed by Nintendo and DeNA. In its first four days of its release on iOS, Super Mario Run was downloaded 40 million times, and has since passed the 50 million mark. It’s since started dropping down the top grossing lists, but that’s expected given that it only has a single in-app purchase available.
