Free Feb. 16-19

Looking for something new to play this weekend? Didn’t feel like shelling out $80 for early access to Halo Wars 2? Microsoft has you covered. As part of their Multiplayer All-Access program, NBA 2K17 and Rocket League will be free to play all weekend, from Feb. 16-19.

As an added bonus, Xbox Live Gold will not be required to play online this weekend.

Join the millions of players who fill the stadiums of Rocket League, the most played soccer with cars game. Play with up to seven other players in heated matches of 4-on-4. Spend the weekend mastering aerial hits as you strive for your first goal. If you’re not a fan of soccer, Rocket League also features a hockey and a basketball game mode.

If you want to take the cars out of your sports games, look no further than NBA 2K17. The latest from 2K offers improvements to the MyGM and MyLeague modes. In these modes run every aspect of the team, including how much you’ll charge fans for refreshments at games. Those looking to stick to the basketball side of things will find plenty to love. NBA 2K17 continues the tradition of great basketball sims for 2K. Perhaps a weekend with the game will lead you to a future with the NBA’s newly announced e-league.

Both Rocket League and NBA 2K17 are part of Microsoft’s Deals with Gold sale this week. Those wanting more after this weekend can have Rocket League and NBA 2K17 for $14.99 and $38.99 respectively.
