Recently I made friends with a custom console designer on Facebook who hails in Avignon, France. I believe he is originally from Moscow, Russia. Yesterday my new friend Mr. Sam Dupont sent me an invitation to like his FB Fan Page R Custom.
If you follow my posts, you know I appreciate a detailed custom console. Having several friends who create custom consoles, I know the hard work that goes into creating these modern pieces of gaming art. Modding consoles is definitely a modern form of Art.
After taking Sam up on his invitation, Custom R indeed got a big LIKE out of me. I was quite impressed with what I seen. Its seems Sam Dupont is a bit of a Nintendo fan. Over time he has customized enough Game Boy’s for them to have their own gallery.
Custom R has a very colorful unique style. Not all of their work is Nintendo based, but I’d say a big majority is. I highly advise you to check out, and LIKE Custom R’s FB Fan Page after checking out this small collection of their custom system.
I’m not really to sure if Sam Dupont has partners with Custom R. Our conversation was pretty brief. Pretty much went like this in a nutshell.

So besides knowing that Sam has made many beautiful custom video game systems, I can’t tell you that much about him, or Custom R. Like our friends at M.A.L.
