Job Stauffer Head of Creative Communications at Telltale has taken to the official PlayStation blog this week to reveal more details about the upcoming Walking Dead Michonne mini series game that will soon be made available to play.

Below is a trailer revealing the first five minutes of gameplay from The Walking Dead Michonne game, which allows you to explore the popular character from the comics in rich detail, says Telltale.

Stauffer explains little more about what you can expect from the new miniseries:

“Deeply haunted by some of the decisions of her past, Michonne was the mother of two children when she was making headway in her career as a lawyer. With priorities shifting away from her family during the devastating outbreak, she is forever regretful of her inability to be there to save her family. In the extended preview video, we step into the shoes and the mind of Michonne for the first time, as today we are revealing the first look at the miniseries’ prologue.”

The first episode of the three-part miniseries will arrive on February 23, and is titled In Too Deep. It will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The game will launch for iOS and Android devices on February 25.

The Walking Dead: Michonne is a standalone mini-series spin-off of Telltale’s The Walking Dead franchise. The game was originally scheduled to release in fall last year, but was delayed to a February 2016 release. Telltale CEO Kevin Bruner addressed the delay in a statement which contained the following:

“We’ve been hard at work on this very special exploration of The Walking Dead universe that will further bridge together our game series with the canon of Robert Kirkman’s comic though one of its most complex characters struggling to maintain her own humanity,” Bruner said. “Deeply haunted by the decisions of her past, putting players in the role of a character like Michonne to navigate the broken world around her is an experience that feels uniquely Telltale, and something we simply cannot wait for The Walking Dead fans to play.”
