The Marvel Universe is buzzing about 2 new Iron Man comics. Victor Von Doom is set to take on the role of Iron Man in one, while a young female girl is set to take the role in the other.
Its hard to make a call on who the cooler stand in for Iron Man is out of the 2. Doom is a awesome character, with a big ego like Tony Stark. If your going to replace Tony with a bad guy, Doom is the perfect character to take the position.
On the other hand, a young black female genius taking the reigns is also very exciting. Riri Williams originally appeared in The Invincible Iron Man Vol. 2 #10. After reading up on her a bit, she seems really cool.
I’m excited to see where both of the new series go with their creative replacements. Since most of us already know who Victor Von Doom is, lets take a look at our new female Iron Man character, aka Ironheart.

Fictional character biography
Riri Williams is a 15-year-old engineering student who is the daughter of the late Riri Williams Sr. Following Riri Williams Sr.’s death, Riri lived with her mother and Riri Williams Sr.’s sister Sharon.
