Originally Toejam & Earl were named Flowjam & Whirl by the games designer. The name change was due to a misunderstanding by the programmer. Since Sega liked the names, they decided to roll with it.

In inFamous Second Son you’ll find a billboard with the phone # 1-844-HELP-DUP. Calling it in real life used to connect you to a message from the games main protagonist. I just tried it, and it no longer works.
